Yes. All data collected through tools such as the Strategy Builder, Simulation Tool, and Real-Time Kline Data Collector is securely handled within your self-hosted instance of the MagicTradeBot Management App. This means:

• Your trading strategies, historical data, and market analysis remain entirely local to your server.
• We do not have access to this data, nor do we collect or share it.
• You retain full control over your configurations, trade logic, and performance logs.

However, if you choose to use the optional AI-Powered Input Recommendation feature, select anonymized input data (e.g., symbol, timeframe, and market context) may be sent to our official API for processing. This API is specifically designed to receive minimal inputs and return optimized trade parameter suggestions using AI models trained by us. No user-identifiable or strategy-level data is transmitted.

Summary: By default, all data stays within your private environment. Only when you enable AI recommendations do you optionally send limited, non-sensitive inputs to our cloud-based suggestion engine.

The Real-Time Kline Data Collector is a self-hosted background service within MagicTradeBot that continuously gathers candlestick (OHLCV) data from your connected exchanges. When enabled, minimal anonymized input (e.g., symbol, interval) is securely sent to our official AI API, which returns intelligent recommendations. The Smart SL/TP Simulator allows you to simulate trade outcomes using advanced stop-loss and take-profit logic—including breakeven rules, trailing protection, and volatility filters. Maximum Concurrent Trades refers to the total number of trades that can be actively running at the same time across your account. This includes both long and short positions. Higher-tier plans allow unlimited concurrent trades, while the trial plan is limited to 2.

Connected Exchange Accounts are external crypto exchange profiles (e.g., Binance, KuCoin) that you've linked to MagicTradeBot using secure API keys. The number of accounts you can link depends on your plan tier. All paid plans support unlimited accounts.

The MagicInput AI Dataset Generator Tool is a utility designed to help you prepare high-quality datasets for training AI models. It works by extracting and organizing historical Kline data stored within your own datastore. This makes it easy to structure relevant features and output targets—such as trade triggers, price action patterns, and outcomes—ready for use in custom AI training pipelines. It ensures complete data privacy, as everything remains local to your self-hosted environment.

The MagicInput AI Model Training Tool allows you to build your own custom AI model using datasets generated locally by the Dataset Generator. It enables full control over model architecture, training configurations, and evaluation metrics—allowing you to tailor the model’s behavior to your specific strategy needs. The resulting model can then be integrated into your MagicTradeBot setup for real-time AI-powered input recommendations, fully aligned with your personal data and logic.

Active Bot Instances are live, independently running trading engines within your MagicTradeBot setup. Each instance can be configured to target:

• A specific exchange account (e.g., Binance, KuCoin)

• All supported crypto symbols available on the exchange

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your license at any time. Upgrades only require the price difference (prorated), and downgrades take effect at the end of the current license term. Plan changes can be managed from your account dashboard.

The minimum duration you can extend a license is 7 days. This gives you flexibility for short-term trading setups or trial extensions.

You can extend a license for up to 5 years at a time. Discounts are available for long-term commitments and are automatically applied.

Due to the global nature of our customer base and the decentralized nature of trading, we only support cryptocurrency payments. This ensures fast, secure, and borderless transactions. Fiat-based payment gateways are not supported at this time.
