Can I open and close trades with my favorite Hyperliquid whale trader?

Yes. You can enable the Hyperliquid Whale Copy Trading feature to automatically mirror the trades of one or more of your favorite whale traders on Hyperliquid. Once configured, the system continuously tracks their activity and opens or closes your trades in real time based on their positions and your customized order settings.

How does Funding Farming work?

When enabled, Funding Farming automates your entire bot to strategically earn from positive funding rates. It intelligently selects the top N symbols with the highest funding rates and, based on your budget and settings, opens spot and short perpetual positions. The system continuously monitors market conditions and exits trades automatically when the funding rate turns negative or predefined conditions are met.

What are Active Bot Instances?
Active Bot Instances are live, independently running trading engines within your MagicTradeBot setup. Each instance can be configured to target:
  • A specific exchange account (e.g., Binance, KuCoin)
  • A distinct trading strategy (e.g., High-Leverage Scalping, Swing Trading)
  • All supported crypto symbols available on the exchange
The bot instance scans hundreds or even thousands of symbols in real time and executes trades only when predefined conditions are met. You can also define limits such as “maximum 5 trades in progress” to prevent overtrading. This architecture allows you to deploy multiple instances—across the same or multiple servers—enabling massive opportunity coverage, risk control, and real-time strategy scaling.
Can licenses be upgraded or downgraded?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your license at any time. Upgrades only require the price difference (prorated), and downgrades take effect at the end of the current license term. Plan changes can be managed from your account dashboard.
What is the minimum license extension duration?
The minimum duration you can extend a license is 7 days. This gives you flexibility for short-term trading setups or trial extensions.
What is the maximum license extension duration?
You can extend a license for up to 5 years at a time. Discounts are available for long-term commitments and are automatically applied.
What is the payment process and why only crypto?
Due to the global nature of our customer base and the decentralized nature of trading, we only support cryptocurrency payments. This ensures fast, secure, and borderless transactions. Fiat-based payment gateways are not supported at this time.
Is technical support available after purchase?
Yes. All active licenses include technical support via email and support tickets. Pro and Enterprise plans receive priority support and early access to new features and beta tools.

You only pay the prorated difference between plans. All payments are converted based on current market rates.
