  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

  • AI-based market analytics and predictive insights.
  • Integration with supported exchanges (e.g., Binance, OKX, Bybit, MEXC, Bitget).
  • Demo and live trading modes with configurable strategies.
  • Disclaimer: MagicTradeBot is a software tool and does not constitute financial or investment advice.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refrain from reverse engineering, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform.
  • Not use the Service for illegal purposes including but not limited to money laundering or market manipulation.
  • Secure your API keys and exchange credentials at all times.

6. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency).
  • Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, trademarks, and services are owned by or licensed to MagicTradeBot.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
  • User-generated strategies remain your intellectual property; however, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process them within the Service.

  • The Service integrates with third-party exchanges, analytics platforms, and payment gateways.
  • We are not responsible for the terms, performance, or data handling practices of third-party services.

9. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will end at the end of the billing cycle.

  • No Warranties: The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including performance, reliability, or accuracy.
  • Trading Risks: Market data and AI predictions are not guaranteed; losses may occur.
  • Service Disruptions: We are not liable for losses arising from outages, bugs, or third-party failures.
