MagicTradeBot uses a license-based model (not a subscription). Once purchased, your license grants access to the bot for a fixed duration (e.g., 1 day, 1 month, 1 year).
30-Day Trial Available – Test the bot in a self-hosted environment using both demo and limited real trading features before purchasing.
No Automatic Renewals – Licenses expire at the end of their term; no manual cancellation is required.
Crypto Payments Only – Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are generally not issued. However, specific exceptions may apply (see Section 3).
2. License Activation & Expiry
A. How Licenses Work
- After purchase, you’ll receive a license key to activate MagicTradeBot.
- The license is valid only for the purchased duration (e.g., 1 day, 1 month, 1 year).
- There are no recurring charges – licenses do not auto-renew.
B. What Happens When a License Expires?
- The bot will stop functioning unless the license is renewed.
- Your settings, data, and management tools will remain intact and accessible (if self-hosted), but a new license is required to reactivate core bot functionality.
3. Refund Eligibility

- Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions.
- Test Before Purchase: Use the 30-day trial to fully evaluate the product.
B. Possible Exceptions (Case-by-Case Review)
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Critical Software Failure – If MagicTradeBot is completely unusable due to a verified platform issue (excluding user error).
- Duplicate Purchase – If the same license was unintentionally purchased more than once.
